The Role
As a High Ticket Sales Closer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in closing leads on high-ticket coaching programs created by our esteemed clients. This will involve:
- Flawlessly presenting our services as the solution to prospects' needs
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Growing customer accounts through high-ticket membership sales
- Collaborating with the sales team and contributing innovative ideas
- Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive results
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements
* Proven experience in closing service sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience (coaching offers preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- Computer with Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS 2016 or newer
- Full-time availability
- Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor
