Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls using our CRM and CallRail systems to engage with clients and provide them with exceptional support.
  • Providing chat support to clients via our CRM, responding promptly to their queries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude on all calls and chats, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve our support processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Language Proficiency: You must be completely fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Requirements: You must have a professional-grade headset and a stable, reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with our clients.
  • Availability: You'll be required to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
