Job description: We?re searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Part-time Dance Instructor to join our team at Hermann Sons Life in Poth TX. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to provide quality and engaging dance lessons to children of all experience levels. This role involves developing choreography and teaching a variety of dance styles to participants in a fun and safe environment. You will have the opportunity to foster a love of dance, leading to greater self-confidence and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans for dance classes that are age-appropriate and tailored to the individual student?s abilities.
- Teach dance techniques such as ballet, tap, jazz, or hip-hop, among others.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback on areas of strength and weakness.
- Oversee practice hours to ensure that students are meeting goals and progressing properly.
- Coordinate with other instructors, staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcome for each student.
- At least 1-2 years teaching experience in classical, jazz, hip hop, or contemporary dance.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dance experience.
- US Work Authorization.
