Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team in New Jersey. As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from our focus group participants, while providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, with flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data from focus group participants into our database
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to participants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Participate in online discussions and focus groups, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while working independently in a remote environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong typing skills (minimum 25 words per minute)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
