Job Summary

As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed client performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and improve customer service processes
  • Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate information and support

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology & Equipment Requirements

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted)

  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by arenaflex or ANY client
  • Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
  • Smart phone needed for daily authentication

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
