Who We're Looking For:FP&A Manager to partner with cost center managers to ensure the budget and forecasts are accurate, provide monthly fluctuation analysis, ensure alignment between the financial accounting system, own the FP&A tool (Workday Adaptive), and update forecasts monthly based on strategic shifts and monthly changes to expected results.Responsibilities:Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processesMaintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning (FKA Adaptive Insights) and modelsAct as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, by providing presentations of consolidated data with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial resultsPerform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and priorLaise with business, operations, and controllership where necessary to gather insights on performanceLead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracyIdentify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream departmentsApprove payment requests, ensuring amounts are budgeted for and are within the approved amountsMake thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager.
