  • We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to help customers get meaningful, measurable value from Get Covered’s renters‑insurance compliance platform. In this role, you’ll blend product expertise, relationship management, and consultative sales to drive adoption, reduce risk, and strengthen long‑term partnerships. What you'll do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them hit compliance, operational, and financial goals.
  • Become a product SME who can explain the “why,” troubleshoot confidently, and guide partners through best‑practice workflows.
  • Lead QVS/QBRs, share clear data insights, and build success plans that track goals, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption through training, education, and proactive outreach.
  • Identify value‑aligned upsell opportunities and introduce additional GC products when they support partner goals.
  • Monitor partner health, flag risks early, and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships through consistent communication, insight‑driven touchpoints, and proactive support.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure smooth transitions, aligned strategies, and a great partner experience.
  • Document touchpoints, prepare polished agendas and recaps, and maintain clean, organized workflows.
  • Use AI tools to streamline analysis, automate busywork, and stay ahead of partner needs.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client‑facing role (SaaS or multifamily experience a plus).
  • Strong communicator and relationship‑builder who can simplify complex topics and lead confident conversations.
  • Data‑savvy, organized, and proactive - someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Comfortable presenting insights, running business reviews, and turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excited to become a deep product expert and trusted technical guide.
  • Able to recognize natural upsell moments and recommend the right GC products in a partner‑first way.
  • Experience with CRM or CS tools (or the ability to learn them quickly).
  • Bonus: familiarity with renters insurance or property management workflows.
