Job Summary
As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming service requests via email and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter customer information into our system for dispatch, while providing exceptional customer service and adapting to new processes as needed. You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, focusing on commercial buildings. This role requires a unique blend of data entry skills, customer service expertise, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering customer information into our system for dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Multitask and manage multiple screens to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
+ 1+ years of data entry/order entry experience + Proven experience working with multiple screens and multitasking + Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle upset customers + Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry + Familiarity with dispatch operations and customer service software + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
