Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Business Development Department. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of data entry and data management tasks, including:

• Providing regular statistical data on employee performance
• Managing regular broadcasting
• Maintaining regular personal contact with employees to monitor task completion and providing corresponding reports for Management
• Inputting and updating client data in the ERP system on a regular basis
• Carrying out tasks assigned by Management
• Performing analytical research on companies, markets, competitors, and existing and potential clients
• Submitting regular reports to Management in accordance with the approved plan
• Maintaining a list of events recommended and mandatory to attend (exhibitions, shows, meetings)
• Searching for suppliers of marketing materials, creating reports and proposals for purchases

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry and Management: Inputting and updating client data in the ERP system, managing regular broadcasting, and maintaining regular personal contact with employees to monitor task completion.
• Analytical Research: Conducting research on companies, markets, competitors, and existing and potential clients to provide valuable insights for our Business Development Department.
• Reporting and Communication: Submitting regular reports to Management in accordance with the approved plan and maintaining a list of events recommended and mandatory to attend.
• Task Management: Carrying out tasks assigned by Management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with employees and Management to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Data Entry Software and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Meet Deadlines: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is crucial for this role.
• Basic Knowledge of English: Basic knowledge of English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
