Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis, with a high likelihood of extension. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume case and client load, responding to customers in a timely fashion with relevant updates and providing world-class customer service.
- Apply strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills to resolve customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, EDI files, and COBRA.
- Set and reset expectations clearly, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Document customer information and configure settings as required by case, ensuring seamless communication with carriers, partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide updates to customers.
Essential Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with new technologies and a willingness to adopt and learn new systems.
- Proven ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the HCM or benefits sector, although not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years in a customer support or implementation type role, with a strong understanding of Open Enrollment, EDI files, COBRA, Benefits Administration, Insurance, and Payroll.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
