Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Prospecting and Developing New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market, leveraging your knowledge of commercial insurance products and your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their evolving needs and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Preparing and Presenting Quotes, Proposals, and Renewals: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and renewals to clients, using your expertise to explain complex insurance concepts and ensure that clients understand the benefits of our products.
• Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Underwriters: Work closely with account managers and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience, leveraging your knowledge of commercial insurance products to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is required for this position, and you'll need to be licensed in the state where you reside.
• 2+ Years of Experience in Commercial Insurance Sales or a Related Field: While not required, 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is preferred, as it will provide you with a strong foundation in commercial insurance products and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as you'll need to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate complex insurance deals.
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: You'll need to be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient with Digital Tools and CRM Platforms: Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms is required, as you'll need to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
