Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions with providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and taking detailed notes based on discussions with providers
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to manage customer data and communicate effectively

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong spatial skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and data
