Key Responsibilities

As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone interactions, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Identifying and anticipating customer needs to provide personalized solutions
  • Effectively prioritizing work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
  • Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain confidence of the customer
  • Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Customer service background or experience working with people
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus

Requirements

* Paid training from August 25 - September 12, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm

  • Work schedule options:

+ Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Base wage = $14.50
  • Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis
  • Position type: Temporary, non-benefited position, with potential to transition into a regular, full-time role based on performance and organizational needs within 5 months

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive base wage = $14.50

  • Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis
