Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, navigating them through complex healthcare plans, and ensuring that every interaction is thoughtful, open, transparent, and done with integrity. This is a remote position that requires 10 days of onsite training, followed by the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, ensuring that every interaction is thoughtful, open, transparent, and done with integrity

  • Navigate clients and customers through complex healthcare plans, providing clear and concise information and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare plans and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with vulnerable populations

  • Knowledge of healthcare plans and policies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages)
