Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Call Center Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Logging issues and problems in our system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and high standards in all aspects of your work
  • Collaborating with team members and call center management to contribute to department goals and maintain service level objectives
  • Promptly escalating urgent customer concerns or issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions and process improvements

Experience/Training

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a call center or financial services or similar specialist position
  • Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection, Consumer Financial Protection Laws, and Consumer Privacy Laws is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management staff

Skills and Abilities

  • A passion for providing the highest quality customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Strong computer literacy and experience navigating MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Ability to assess issues and apply the appropriate sense of urgency, with a focus on resolving customer concerns efficiently
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present observations, trends, and recommendations to peers and management staff

Education and Citizenship Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school or equivalent education
  • Be a US Citizen
  • Meet the requirements for a federal background check, including a criminal background check, drug test, credit check, and fingerprinting

Work Location and Schedule

This role is based in our Tulsa Office, and you will be required to work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with a weekly day range of 40 hours.
