Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts). * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues. * Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures. * Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. * Great attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals. * Computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. * The ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with strong keyboarding skills. * Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management. * Openness to working overtime, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. * Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. * Multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Technical Requirements For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are: * Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up). * Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots). * Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload. Camera Requirements Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
