Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately filling out crucial contracts, sending offers to clients through our CRM system, inputting merchant details into our database, and sending notifications to brokers in case of payment discrepancies. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurately fill out important contracts and send them out to clients in a timely manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to send offers to clients, ensuring that all necessary information is included
  • Input merchant details into our database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Send notices to brokers if clients are not on track with payments, ensuring that all communication is clear and concise
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is easily accessible
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and brokers through email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience: You'll need to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: You'll need to be meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • CRM system proficiency: You'll need to be proficient in using CRM systems and database management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and brokers.
  • Ability to work efficiently: You'll need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
