Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Quality Control Standards Analysis team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Your expertise will help drive business decisions, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in accurate data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components.
• Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
• Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
• Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
• Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy.
• The capacity to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present them in writing, verbally, or presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences.
• The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
• The ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
• The ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred.
• Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred.
• The ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment.
• The ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual.
• Past internship experience in a related field is preferred.
• The ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
• The ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
