Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing guidance on orders, account management, and other arenaflex services
- Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
- Working a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
- Meeting productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
