Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Documentation Specialist to create high-quality, user-friendly documentation that helps new users navigate our SaaS platform. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in developing comprehensive guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles that educate and empower our users. Key Responsibilities

* Create high-quality, user-friendly documentation for our SaaS platform, including guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles

  • Develop comprehensive documentation that covers platform features, functionality, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and user feedback
  • Edit and revise existing documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain documentation templates, styles, and guidelines
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure documentation meets user needs and expectations
  • Analyze user feedback and platform usage data to identify areas for documentation improvement
  • Participate in documentation reviews and quality assurance processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in documentation creation, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other documentation tools
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (VCS)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform features, functionality, and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex's SaaS platform or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's documentation style and guidelines
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking
  • Certification in technical writing or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
