Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk/Administrator on a part-time basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the smooth flow of data, and supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk/Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintaining and updating databases with relevant information, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Assisting in the organization and filing of documents, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Handling incoming communication and inquiries related to data entry, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Executing administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the team, including but not limited to, data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and data management tools, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a logistics or transportation industry, with knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with data management software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Certification in data entry or administrative roles, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
