Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex subscribers via phone, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to streaming and device compatibility
- Providing support for billing inquiries, account management, and subscription-related questions
- Recording all customer interactions and following up as necessary

Qualifications
