Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for arenaflex customers, handling a wide range of inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, tracking, billing, and general service questions. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring each customer receives timely, accurate, and respectful service across multiple communication channels.

Key Duties

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding shipping updates, claims, and service inquiries. - Assist customers in tracking packages, resolving delays, and correcting delivery information. - Use internal software and systems to log interactions and manage tickets efficiently. - Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to team leads or appropriate departments. - Provide clear information while representing arenaflex with a customer-first mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

- Must reside in or near Detroit, MI, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or GED required. - Prior customer service experience is beneficial, especially in virtual or call center roles. - Basic technical skills and stable internet connection required. - Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends.
