Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, build trust, and establish long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Hourly base pay of $14.00, or $15.00 for Bilingual Agents

Scheduling Requirements

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be required to work a minimum of four days a week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). You'll also be required to work holidays and be available to work at least 20 hours per week, with 8 hours on the weekend.

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer requirements and internet speed will be verified, if interviewed
  • Computer specifications:

+ Windows 10 or 11 + 8GB of RAM/memory or higher + Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 2,000 or higher

  • Additional hardware:

+ Webcam (external or built-in is okay) + USB headset (wired)

  • Internet speeds:

+ Ping under 100 + 10mb download + 5mb upload
