Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
- Providing flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly manner
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experiences
- Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
