What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers in Dutch, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and concerns
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support
• Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents in a secure and organized manner
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
• Fluency in Dutch, with a good level of English proficiency
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong written skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
