Job Summary
As a Remote arenaflex Creative, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer training and support as an instructor and facilitator. You will utilize your presentation skills to guide small groups and individuals in learning and setup, while actively listening and adapting your teaching style to each user's skill level and goals. You will contribute to an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity, demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead scheduled training sessions and interact with customers between sessions
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers
- Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the arenaflex Support Team
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to a structured training schedule and be flexible with your work hours
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
