The Role

In this hybrid role, you'll work collaboratively with our Central Sales Group Customer Care team, reporting to the Supervisor, to provide exceptional support to our customers. As an Experienced Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, driving business growth, and contributing to our culture of performance, development, and endless opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver world-class customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries via phone calls, and addressing account inquiries, orders, returns, quotes, and more

  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, systems, and procedures, and stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry developments
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring accurate input of customer data and detailed notes
  • Meet monthly KPIs and schedule adherence guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
  • Availability to work full-time hours between 8am-8pm ET, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Microsoft Office Products, Epicor Prophet 21, and Salesforce

  • Bilingual abilities, with fluency in multiple languages
