Job Summary

In this remote role, you will work overnight shifts, responding to customer calls, monitoring systems, and performing various administrative tasks. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or remote access
  • Monitoring SkiData systems, initiating corrective actions, and performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports, maintaining activity logs, and entering comments in Dynacount event logs
  • Communicating with snow patrol, emergency response teams, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Performing equipment repairs, contacting vendors, and notifying facility managers of issues that cannot be resolved
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience with SkiData equipment and Dynacount systems
  • Good mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, use hands to write reports and perform maintenance tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to climb stairs, bend, twist, and walk short distances.
