Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to customers, developing a strong understanding of our products and customer tools, and working collaboratively with other teams to drive project success. Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent phone support to customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a friendly, polite, and positive manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or requests are resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided
- Develop a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and customer tools, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
- Collaborate with other teams inside the company on projects, contributing to the development of innovative educational solutions
- Work with customers to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to challenges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support provided

- Technical Skills: You have a working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications
