The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your goal will be to build trust, establish relationships, and create loyal customers who feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Build relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Reliable private internet connection, with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
- Experience with arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
