Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable space for all members. Your primary duties will include:
Moderating the chat:
Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, ban users with repeated offenses, mute users who have broken the rules, and investigate reports from users about potential rule violations.
Enforcing community guidelines:
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines, ensuring they're clear, concise, and effective in maintaining a positive environment.
Communicating with users:
Respond to user inquiries, provide guidance on community guidelines, and resolve conflicts in a fair and respectful manner.
Collaborating with the team:
Work closely with our community management team to identify areas for improvement, develop new strategies, and implement changes to enhance the community experience.
Staying up-to-date:
Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in community management.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Age:
Be at least 18 years old
Education:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills + Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools + Basic knowledge of computer programming and software development (a plus)
Experience:
Previous experience in community management, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable
