Slate Consultant- Contract

- Provide consultative support to colleges and universities using Slate
- Conduct training sessions for staff and administrators
- Build and optimize:
- Queries
- Reports and dashboards
- Communication workflows
- Support application lifecycle processes (lead → applicant → enrollment)
- Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time user support
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to improve system usage
- Document processes and recommend best practices
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Slate CRM
- Experience in higher education (Admissions, Enrollment, or CRM support)
- Ability to build:
- Queries
- Reports
- Forms and workflows within Slate
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, “figure-it-out” environment
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting multiple institutions or departments
- Background in Admissions or Enrollment Operations
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
