Job Description:

The Quality Specialist is a key member of the Panel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Homescan and Omnishopper data products throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. This role safeguards end‑to‑end quality by owning validation processes, establishing strong quality frameworks, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to uphold the highest standards of data excellence. The Quality Specialist plays a central role in ensuring that every release meets business requirements, supports user needs, and reflects the integrity expected of our Panel‑based solutions. 

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own, manage, and continuously refine validation processes across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that data and product outputs meet defined quality standards 
  • Partner with Data Science, Panel On Demand, and Discover teams to design, implement, and enforce quality tollgates that support consistent, repeatable delivery 
  • Lead and coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder review ceremonies 
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate data or workflow discrepancies, collaborating with technical and business teams to drive timely resolution 
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and quality frameworks that strengthen long‑term product reliability 

Qualifications 

  • Prior experience working with panel data (Homescan, Omnishopper, or similar) is required 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams 
  • Experience working directly with clients or supporting client‑facing teams is preferred
