Roles and Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing live chat support and resolving their concerns effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing live chat support by answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions
- Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved efficiently
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Contract Length and Flexibility
