About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone calls. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable call experience in a stable and reputable company within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone calls

  • Respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer operation skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and ability to type 35 wpm
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and quickly learn new processes and procedures
