Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Finding effective solutions to individual customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Location

Our office is located at: GEO Tbilisi - Vake Plaza 7th & 8th Flrs, 72a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, 7th & 8th Flrs However, as a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Time Type

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours of work per week.
