Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales and drive revenue growth
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Handling cash transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining high phone etiquette standards during customer interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (multilingual/bilingual candidates preferred)
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and comfortable with technology
- Experience with cash handling procedures (if applicable)
