Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Manager who can lead our remote customer support team with expertise, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll manage a team of 8-16 customer support specialists, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet customer needs and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of customer support specialists, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success
  • Supervising customer support specialists responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to optimize team performance
  • Conducting side-by-side observations and quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources and Senior Leadership, to address employee issues and drive business outcomes
  • Responding to escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing and management roles
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide instant feedback and coaching
  • Experience with multiple software packages and technologies, with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive performance and achieve business goals
