Key Responsibilities:

As a Hardware Store Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Operating cash registers efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions
• Operating forklift or skidsteer to move, load, and unload products
• Assisting with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing
• Engaging with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and promote products through effective upselling techniques
• Conducting product demonstrations to showcase new items and encourage sales
• Maintaining knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales reporting
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Hardware Store Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

• Previous experience in a hardware store or retail environment is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
• Basic knowledge of cash register operations and retail math principles
