With a focus on one of three distinct disciplines – network solutions, voice solutions, or contact centre solutions – you'll be responsible for delivering medium to large designs, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to technical discussions within the team, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Promoting arenaflex's solutions and understanding customer needs to deliver tailored solutions
  • Continuously challenging yourself and the team to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Providing deep technical knowledge in a simple manner to customers, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions
  • Managing risks associated with designs and driving technology direction

Skills You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • In-depth experience with Cisco ACI
  • In-depth experience with Cisco SD-WAN
  • Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching
  • Cisco LAN/WAN expertise
  • CCNA/CCNP qualification
