Job Details:

* Job Type: Full-time

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Location: Remote, with the ability to work from anywhere in the United States

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and policies
  • Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
  • Handle payment processing and refunds
  • Document and update customer records in our CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence

Requirements:

* Located in the United States

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Basic Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
