Job Summary

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy and understanding. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics

Requirements

* 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with chat software and technology

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
