Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Contacting patients via telephone to collect payments on medical bills, negotiating appropriate and reasonable payments
- Communicating accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Reviewing patient accounts, documenting interactions and feedback
- Setting up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
- Collaborating with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding established goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
