Job Summary

As a Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate and relevant information and solutions to customers, using your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address their needs and concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using this information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, working closely with the Customer Support team to implement changes and monitor their impact.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide the highest level of customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email/chat platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
