Job Summary

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and implement software applications that meet the needs of our customers and the company. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that are technically sound, well-integrated, and aligned with our organizational policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply programming skills and knowledge to solve a range of problems and deliver high-quality software solutions

  • Collaborate with other engineers to raise technology and consistently apply best practices
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate project status and proposals
  • Document all aspects of a system or application for future updates and maintenance
  • Determine and evaluate customer needs and develop software to meet those requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during design, testing, and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve technical capabilities

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Intermediate knowledge of software development processes, practices, concepts, and technologies
  • Proficiency in at least one required programming language
  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and Service Cloud
  • Experience with API integration, Java programming, JavaScript, JSON, and DevOps tools such as GIT and SalesforceDX
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and manage complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide others and present ideas and strategies to different audiences
