Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with existing and prospective clients to provide outstanding service and product knowledge. You will work with multiple clients throughout the day, using your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Utilize product knowledge to identify and address client needs, upsell, and cross-sell products and services
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust to new products, services, and processes quickly
  • Strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
