Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed responses to customer questions
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, using active listening skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, even in challenging situations
- Perform accurate digital record-keeping, ensuring that customer interactions are documented and tracked
What You Bring
* Full-time residency in New York State
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to clear a background check
- Stable home internet connection
- 1-2 professional references
- Ability to start on Wednesday, August 13th, and attend training from 9:30-4:30 for the first 3 weeks of the position
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital record-keeping and customer relationship management software
