Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing client accounts, providing top-notch support, and driving results-driven solutions. You'll work closely with our team to analyze payment history, communicate account statuses, and negotiate collection arrangements. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze payment history/notes and clearly communicate account statuses to customers
- Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
- Promptly report/refers sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
- Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards
Qualifications
• High School Diploma (required)
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
