Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with sales automation tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
